About Me.

I am a New York–based musical theatre actress and soprano known for my vibrant stage presence, emotional depth, and versatility across classical and contemporary work.

I am currently a junior at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where I am working toward my B.F.A. in Theatre and training at the prestigious New Studio on Broadway. My performance background spans musical theatre, Shakespeare, and new works, with additional film training at Stonestreet Studios and international study through Musik Theater Bavaria in Germany.

Rooted in my Colombian and Puerto Rican heritage, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my artistry, honoring my background through storytelling that celebrates identity, community, and representation. I am passionate about uplifting diverse voices and contributing to work that reflects authentic, multifaceted experiences. My involvement in culturally centered productions such as By The Light of The Ghetto Moon and Mole Hills Stories reflects my commitment to meaningful storytelling that bridges culture and performance.

In By The Light of The Ghetto Moon, a powerful one-act drama by poet, playwright, and producer Susan Justiniano (RescuePoetix), I portrayed Jay/Janie Mendin—a first-generation Puerto Rican woman navigating the weight of past trauma within a strict, patriarchal Roman Catholic household in Paterson, New Jersey. As the only daughter, burdened with responsibility for my younger siblings while my older brother is afforded greater freedom, Jay/Janie’s emotional journey unfolds through deeply personal reflections shared with her most constant presence: the Moon. This role demanded emotional depth and nuance, aligning closely with my passion for telling stories that center resilience, identity, and underrepresented experiences.

In Mole Hills Stories, a bilingual (Spanish/English) play by Alvaro Saar Rios adapted from Lois Ehlert’s beloved children’s books, I portrayed Cucú in a professional production at Children’s Theater of Madison. The story follows Topo the mole as she learns to look beyond her hill and discover the world around her, guided by her animal friends in a journey centered on friendship, perspective, and believing in one’s dreams. Blending live music, movement, and language, the production reflects my dedication to culturally rich, accessible theatre for diverse audiences.

Beyond performance, I am also a passionate composer and creator of original work. My music often explores the impact of immigration on Latine communities, shedding light on the emotional realities of family separation, displacement, and resilience. Through my artistry, I strive to amplify Latin voices and bring visibility to stories shaped by injustice, poverty, and discrimination—using music and theatre as a platform for truth, empathy, and change.

I bring a collaborative spirit, strong work ethic, and a deep love for performance to every project. I am fluent in Spanish and skilled in multiple dialects, and I continue to expand my artistry through new work, interdisciplinary collaboration, and creative exploration.

Whether on stage or in the development of new material, I am dedicated to creating compelling, authentic performances that connect with audiences.
